I use Westfield and Sedlescombe Surgery to see my doctor. Both Surgeries are excellent. But.. I wanted to tell you that the doctor is so caring,kind and gives their full attention to their patients, I am able to talk to the doctor and they never give the impression of needing to hurry. .Thankyou for a lovely, caring Doctor.. The surgery is very nice the staff are ok but don't smile much
The new screen is annoying everyone just stares at it apprehensive as to when its there turn?it then bongs loudly and flashes in big letters your name and surname?
which is not very confidential in a small village
Everyone stares and the name stays on screen for a few minutes after you've left
I dont wish people to know my name thank you ?
