Terrible service. Awful. Hard to reach them, never serviced on time, even though we came in early and all the people were serviced first when they came much later. Takes around 50 minutes later of appointment time. They ask to be kind and polite to them but I want to see their mad faces when it happens to them.

GPs push patients away. Support staff woefully inadequate. GPs ring fenced by hopeless ‘triage’. Never see patients is the organising principle. I am a recovering cancer patient and was criticised by support staff when I insisted upon a GP appointment.

Very slow, hard to contact not good care from my exprience..
