I have been making registration enquiries with local surgeries today and have to say that the receptionist I spoke to this morning at this surgery was extremely polite, patient and helpful, she even finished the conversation by saying it was a pleasure to be able to help me. She stands out from the rest on what must be a very busy morning but I did not feel rushed and just want to show my appreciation - thank you. |

At my appointment, I was listened to without me feeling that I was wasting the doctor's time. I was questioned thoroughly about my symptoms and was examined accordingly. At every point of the examination, I was told what the doctor wanted to do and asked my permission, including whether I needed a chaperone. It could have been embarrassing and undignified but it wasn't.When I left the surgery I knew exactly what was happening next and the reasons for it as well as being reassured. |

The treatment at this surgery is first class. When you telephone for an appointment you are treated with extreme courtesy and receptionists always so polite and helpful if you ask them a question. I always use the same doctor and have one hundred per cent confidence in him. He always has time for you and has time to listen. |
