I’ve been attending this centre for over 20 years and fortunately I’ve always been looked after very well! All the years that go by I constantly hear people very unhappy with the doctors they have, well if only they could have larkshall medical centre as their doctors then I’m sure they would be less stressed and have fewer problems. From the staff in the reception to the doctors looking after my well being, can’t fault them! | |||||||

I have been fortunate enough to be a patient at the practice for a number of years now, as has my daughter. We feel very supported by the level and depth of care that is always offered by my GP and the surgery. I am able to book appointments with ease and the front of house staff are always very professional, friendly, efficient and caring. They are well informed with information in relation to general concerns and also processes such as blood test bookings etc. My GP is always thorough and informative and takes time to listern and then discuss and feedback in full with advice and guidance, giving me the choice and opportuntity to deepen my own self care. Our health and wellbeing is everything and I have no doubt that we are fully supported by the excellent level of service and care provided at the Larkshall Medical centre which is very much appreciated thank you. | |||||||

I have been at this surgery for many years and find the reception staff very polite and friendly, they make you feel at ease and if you want to speak in private will take to a side room and listen to your problems. The doctors are also caring and helpful and do listen to your problems. I am also appaulled by other patients who attend the surgery in the way they speak to the reception staff calling them names I would not like to repeat, they are after all only doing their jobs and it is disgraceful that they are treated like this. So to all those to winch and moan about this surgery you have to option to change and sign on with another surgery it is your choice, so please treat the Drs and staff the way you would like to be treated.
