One has to wait more than half an hour to get any answer from the receptionist. to be told you can not have even telephone appointment with any GP . Frustrating attitude of the front line staff. Bottom line is it may be easy to get an appointment on the phone with your head of state rather than with the above surgery. They have so many patients on their list which they are not able to cope, but who cares.??? |

They never pick up the phone and when they do they send you round in circles to get an appointment, very bad service. |

Staff do not pick up on rejected referral emails- I had to find out myself that a referral for myself to cardiology had been rejected due to insufficient information- the surgery hadn’t seen it at all even though it was returned 10 days previously. Trying to get through to the surgery on the phone is almost impossible- two weeks ago I rang almost 200 times and gave up. Had to go into the surgery to speak to someone. Really not good enough |
