Receptionist - terrible. A older lady called Becky, who literally was sat there doing nothing, as observed by my own eyes. Yet, when I called in a few minutes later (because they booked my appointment in the wrong surgery) she complained about how busy she was and she was on her own. She then proceeded to talk over me the entire time, then disconnected the call when I tried to get a word in. Absolute atrocious behaviour, terrible patient service. Simply tried to get a flu jab for my infant daughter and when I called BECKY on the poor service, she referred me to the pharmacy! Why on earth are terrible people like receptionist BECKY at Enfield island Surgery given jobs at patient facing roles? Becky, please find a different job, this is not for you. This is not the last you have heard of me, by the way. I will complain about you, until you are disciplined, trained or better yet, sacked.

Might aswell not have a doctor. Its that bad

There is no need to explain such a terrible gp, everyone who is registered there knows. Even though I call many times and ask for an appointment, they never call. The test results are coming out and they never contact me about what to do about it. A very uninterested, irrelevant gp. Who will we trust if our health is so bad? I don't know. I think it should be renewed and repaired together with its contents ??
