I have had the need to visit the surgey twice in a month and both times the reception staff have been polite and very respectful. I think the current staff are the best to date. I saw 2 female doctors who were attentive and gave me the time and advice needed. My second visit was Wednesday this week and i wish i could remember the female doctors name as she is new. She was outstanding, i felt comfortable immediately and again she listened and questioned me in a good way and just made me feel so comfortable to talk and explain...she was interested and cared. Yes I have had long wait times in the past but equally when I am seen, i am never rushed and not heard so I am glad this is my doctors surgery

Although appointments are scheduled to take 10 minutes, the Doctor was more interested in listening to me and then discussing what they proposed to do rather than watch the clock. I am glad I am registered with this practice. Thank you Doctor!

this is one of the most helpful sursery I ever been to, not even hospital offer you as much as help and care like this gp, everytimes I go see my gp, my doctor is very welcoming kind and caring. My doctor makes you feel comfortable, is wiling to listen to your problems, and is always ready to help you out and advise you. I know I can trust my gp and come to my doctor with every problem I have therefore I wouldn't change my gp for no other one!! im very happy with the gp I have and with the care, advise and kindness that my gp gives. My doctor always has time for me ever though the doctor is busy, which I think is nice because most of the doctors don't do that!!!! thank you for everything x
