To get a face to face appointment is really hard at the moment for either annual reviews, annual blood tests or ongoing issues. Covid vaccines and boosters are so far behind other surgeries and as an asthma sufferer it is very worrying when other nearby surgeries in Wokingham, Binfield etc offer them more quickly for lesser ages groups/underlying conditions. Hopefully the winter covid booster will be offered sooner as the earliest flu jab offered as a high priority group is October!!! | |||||||

Can’t even get an appointment waited hours and hours number five in queue yet finanally put phone down rang back still saying five | |||||||

Waited an hour 15minutes to book appointment said I was number 5 after that time put phone down rang straight back said number five something seriously wrong when you can’t actually book a doctor! Health matters medications and they don’t answer phone and quite prepared to leave you indefinitely on phone for hours! So can’t get to see a doctor at all!!! | |||||||
