I have been registered at the practice for many years, I only call when I am desperately unwell, the receptionists are always ready with negative attitude and behaviour, eg; no doctor here, we have no appointments, doctor can’t call you back, manager is off, I am busy call me in 5 minutes, or just let’s the phone ring without any answer, etc. They all need to follow practice procedure and read their policies. If they can’t be caring then they should go and work somewhere where they are not dealing with ill patients or public, just a reminder they are in a caring profession. Main doctor is amazing and the receptionists are letting his practice down. The receptionist today made her own decision on how to deal with my request and was apparently on her own in the surgery with no doctor or manager. May I say this is a real risk to patients. | |||||||
