Totally disappointed with this surgery , And have been since Dr Keating retired… Reception Staff are rude, all calls are rushed & hang up before you are given the chance to explain anything… Some of the Dr’s are worse still, You are not given a chance to explain anything as they only want answers of Yes or No.. Which is no good to any patients when they ask questions that are not relevant to us… Also on to many occasions, I have received calls from some Dr’s who haven’t even read your file before contacting you by phone, I have also been given the wrong diagnosis over the phone resulting in being given the wrong medication Which resulted in causing bad side affects… I do not feel safe under this surgery anymore.. Time to research other surgery’s !!

Terrible Practice. Rude receptionists that never answers the phone and when they finish do, they hang up on you. Doctors don't seem too interested on what you have to say, it feels like they are on a target mission of how many patients they see a day instead of giving you their attention and helping you with your problem.
