They are seriously terrible. Anytime you call them for appointments, they will tell you is fully booked and we have only one doctor. I will stop using their services ASAP.

The only time I was ever able to get through the phone they had a phone consultation with me giving me the wrong antibiotic for a chest infection and shortness of breath. Now has been over a month and that chest infection has not gone and had to get to the A&E in St. Thomas to get told is a viral bronchitis instead and didn't need any antibiotic. Tried to ring back after all that time and what you know, busy again! AT ALL TIMES! Rubbish service, changing GP practice asap.

I’m really surprised by the negative reviews of this surgery. I’ve been very impressed since I joined last year. I’ve always been able to make an appointment, whether that was urgent on the day or in advance online. I’ve seen all three doctors at the surgery and they’ve all been kind, patient and professional. When I’ve been in the surgery there’s never been a long wait and it’s really easy to manage appointments and prescriptions online.
