If I could 0 star I would absolutely appalling patient care your on the phone waiting to be answered honestly you could make a full lunch or cook a roast and you’ll still be waiting once you get through it’s practically impossible to get an appointment the reception staff are unhelpful unsympathetic and honestly rubbish at their job this place has gone completely downhill since first joining 18 years ago we only stay because of dr patalay time to move

since I have joined the rainbow surgery, I always get a good customer service from the reception special from RAYAN the gentlemen's who work at the reception, the guy is just so wonderful, kind and so polite. I never had any issue when ordering my repeat prescriptions, this is always on time.
