Had to get up at 6.30 am to complete an econsult as yesterday they had stopped you completing them as had too many. Then told I have to wait a week just to have a phone consult

Extremely rude & unprofessional receptionists that are giving this surgery a bad reputation. Been a patient for over 15 years & never encountered such rudeness as of late. Even their answering machine message is unfriendly!

I had an appointment with a male doctor about a year or two ago, preferably wanted a female as this was to do with my breasts, I had swelling in one of my breasts, which I was extremely worried about, and wanted reassurance. I was told I was too young at 24 to have breast cancer, I was also asked if my sexual partner was too rough and perhaps he had caused the swelling, I think my face said it all, I was shocked, I have never felt so uncomfortable, I felt as if I had wasted his time, that I was stupid to even worry about possibly having breast cancer, even though we're told to check out breasts and keep up with cervical screenings. I haven't been back since, even if I felt unwell or needed advice I dread having to go to this doctor, I am in the process of moving surgeries.
