This surgery is awful the receptionists are rude the doctors do not care about their patients.Trying to get an appointment is like trying to win the lottery.This practice is by far the worse I've joined.

Terrible uncaring doctors and the GP services. You will never get an less than 5 days time. After 6 days waiting, always need to wait 15-30 minutes to see your doctor, however if you're late for 5min, doctors will refuses to see you even if they have don't any patients regardless of your condition or age. But we need to wait 1-1& 1/2 hours on the phone to book an appointment and then wait for 6-7 days to see the doctor. We are a young couple. If this is too much to for us, how are the elderly people coping up this GP services..??
