Worst gp ever I've been, loose my operation papers, i had women problems nurse dont even check me just gave me a prescription for medicine, didn't even check whats wrong i was chocked. Same with doctor i have egzema he just write down a symptoms like on Google search and told me lets try all and check which ones works. Once i call and said im not sleep well and i fall couple times at work want to check my blood coz done that many years ago and they said just go to pharmacy and buy vitamins.Dont trust this gp, absolutely terrible

When you call at this surgery the staff do not offer you appointment unless you provide them with private details about you're heath concerned service is very appalling from the doctor and another staff member and receptionist, they are breached confidentiality on numerous occasions and talk about sensitive topics regarding patients in the small waiting area which is unacceptable admin staff speak so loud about other patient you can hear sensitive info the waiting time is very long and the doctor will make you wait for no apparent reason nor apologies offer if you raise you're complain to the doctor he will tell you if you're not happy you can move to another surgery with no shame nor apology or excuse There is no dignity and respect since they a habit of coming into any rooms the GP or Nurse without knocking or apologies which interrupts personal conversations NHS need to look into this surgery as its appalling no out patients should be treated they way they are treating us. I only stayed as its convenient to travel for me but I'm considering to register to the nearest practise
