Contacted surgery afyer 3 days with a very bad chest cough, and after been suggested by the chemist to see my gp. Called Clapton surgery , recepcionist was asking questions about what was wrong, I said what was happening and before I finished she asked do you have fever, which I said yes, and with a very arrogant voice she said you go to the chemist and buy some cough mixture. I said that was the chemist who suggested me to see my gp first of all. And only at that time someone else said ah we are fully booked. Totatly disrespect to what I said. I said that her advice to take medication over the counter could put someones life at risk. She not seems to care about anything I was saying. But to give advice for me to take cough mixture over the counter without any medical training..its very dangerous.
