I know GP surgery can be extremely busy where administrators can tend to forget showing a bit empathy towards the patients, unlike one member of staff at project Surgery, I called The project Surgery for appointment, she was really professional, talked to me and explained things well to me and aside that she showed caring, empathy and compassion towards me when she welcomed me at the G.P Surgery. I realised that is not only me that she was showing caring to but was showing towards other patients as well, very respectful, good eye contact, bright facial expression.
I just want to thank her for the care and concern she showed me and really appreciate it.
