If you are calling them multiple times, when you call and join a queue, when you reach queue#1, you got disconnected, twice. My gut tells me they can identify you by your telephone or mobile number and if they don’t want to talk to you, you got disconnected. I hope I am wrong but what if I am right?

Spent my rest day waiting/queueing on the phone. I started calling between 10-11:00. When I got connected, I was told to call back at 2 pm because the appointments in the morning is closed. In the afternoon, I called-around 13:40 because I was anticipating a long queue again .I was able to connect and the lady told me to call again at 2 pm.I started calling at 2 pm, calling them, I got disconnected twice.Finally, I was able to speak to a helpful lady on the phone who asked why I was calling them and booked me a telephone call appointment with a gp between 6-6:30pm.

Rude receptionist ! Why after so many complaints you don't give this position to another person? Mr Andrew Twist tried to call me about an request appointment I had and I missed the call, I had a message he ask me to call him the afternoon and I call at 13:30(10mis after his call) no one answered. I call at 5pm again this rude receptionist answered and she said ' You lost your appointment, you had to call before 2pm, now it's too late call again on Wednesday before 9, byeeeee) Someone needs to tell her that she doesn't speak to her friends! Behave! She doesn't even know what the costumer service is!
