This surgery has gone down hill drastically. I am lucky enough not to have to see a Doctor regularly but when I have called the surgery you have to hold for at least 5 minutes and then cannot get an appointment for at least a month unless you want to wait a hour in open surgery which is during working hours. You never get to see your Doctor but today i was actually shocked that the Doctor googled the lump on the side of my head and didn't know what it was, firstly offered me a shampoo for dandruff then said perhaps a cream! I asked if he thought it was something nasty and he said he didn't know come back in two weeks if the cream didn't work! Coming from a family history of skin cancer I didn't know what to say! This is my second bad experience on my two visits in the last six months, one with my son and now myself. Its completely terrifying how bad the surgery has got.
