Getting an appointment has become impossible, were other practices moving to more ways of booking appointments this one is still stuck in the ages, you have to call at 10am to get a next day appointment. I called at 9.58 still didn't get one. And this isn't the first time. I am not a hypochondriac, I've booked 3 appointments in the past year and this includes for my son too. Ridiculous

This morning I started to call at 10:00am for the next day appointment by 10:18am I have made 21 calls but cant get through line busy and when I did get through after on hold for 2 mins the line got disconnected. Previously had same problem , very bad system to book appointments , difficult to book online appointments especially for elderly patient. Receptionist very rude especially the elderly lady. The management needs to sort this telephone problem out.

Dear Patient Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment regarding our Practice. I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service that we are providing. In regards to our appointment system, it is a struggle to provide a system that suits everyone, we have introduced different measures to improve this over the years but I understand your frustration when you can not get through on the phone. We are currently in discussion with our telephone provider to improve our telephone system. I am hoping that once the changes are implemented it will be easier to get through to us on the telephone.
