The male receptionist is very arrogant and rude, after waiting at reception window while he sat staring at computer screen, he asked my name and said take a seat, 10 mins later he shouted from behind desk HELLO! 3 times, I turned and he was shouting to me so all could hear (what’s your name? And who are you seeing?) to me, then said he didn’t know who was here in waiting room he was in a muddle. He should definitely not be working on a reception, patient facing, he looked very grubby in his appearance and slouched back in his chair totally ignoring everything around him including the phone. I will be changing surgeries now as this is not the only problem I have found with the staff.
