Have had numerous appointments with the various doctors at this surgery. Had an appointment with a doctor I hadn't seen before. They were excellent. They took the time to list non-judgmentally (which is very important to me) and fully to what I had to say. The doctor then some basic examinations (e.g. BP, pulse etc.) and they fully explained what they were doing (blood tests, scan and prescriptions) and what the next steps were if it worked and if it didn't work/the blood test showed something else. I felt listened to and I felt that I had a really good service, and would go and see this doctor again. | |||||||
