Our Experience : Our family have had to make this practice aware of our Dad's health and to ask them time and time again to help, that he was deteriorating quickly, losing weight couldn't eat properly etc, and we have had to beg them for help, all of which fell on deaf ears. We are appalled and saddened by their lack of care and unsympathetic manner (all hiding behind the shield of COVID). Our Mum is now left without a husband, neither of them deserved this journey, this was through lack of listening, care and attention to our plea's plus, considering our parents have been with this practice for over 50yrs they should have pick up on our messages! We have struggled every step of the way to get someone to listen, plus the unfortunate and awful care of Harlow Hospital. Unfortunately, our beloved Dad has since died and not one member of the team at River Surgery have even picked up the phone or sent their condolences to our Mum. We just hope that no one else experiences this lack of service or care at either the River Surgery or Harlow Hospital - It is shocking to think care in the community - What a shambles you truly are!!!! |
