Rang for a phone consultation with a dr and got a.nurse I told.nurse my symptoms she said antibiotics I can't have give me.a reaction downstairs I asked about an inhalor as.i had one given last time steroid.and blue inhalor nurse said wont help so here iam.2 weeks now coughing wheezy I don't have Covid done 2 rapid test recently I'm stuffed thanks nurse | |||||||

Since moving to this area this is the best of a bad bunch but recently this surgery has deteriorated in terms of care and the doctors bedside manner apart from one or two, is without empathy or care. It has been impossible to get through on the phone, when you do get through it is pot luck when it comes to who you get and if you are treated like a nuisance or not. I used to take it personally but after the many google reviews and personal experience I can honestly say, the nhs here in Cambuslang, isn't providing us with the service we need, especially not at this surgery. I really am sorry to have to give it such a low rating, good doctora are like gold dust and I am so grateful for them. This surgery however? Cold discompassionate and uncaring. | |||||||
