Both doctors are highly experienced and give time to each patient , if a patient is really ill for whatever reason the doctors may have go over appointment times , there is always mitigating circumstances , I have been treated there since 2011 , the attention I have received is of a very high standard , the practice nurses are also extremely nice and well experienced, in fact the receptionists know me quite well and are always polite and friendly, one has been there the longest and is brilliant so kind to everyone , same with the administrative staff upstairs one especially who do their utmost to chase up referrals etc , I give Kingsway Surgery 10 Out of 10 for my care and that of several of my family members who are also patients at this practice . | |||||||

My family have been with Kingsway surgery for over 40 years and have always received very good service from both the doctors and the nurses. I have never found a problem with the reception staff although I do find getting through on the telephone in the morrning is difficult but have always managed to get a same day appointment.
Today I badly cut my leg and went down to the surgery as I was uncertain whether I needed to go to A&E. Whilst talking to the receptionist a particular doctor said he would look at it immediately. After examination he asked the nurse to clean the wound and steristrip it together. Within 5 minutes I was with the nurse being expertly treated. The doctor came in to see how I was and then helped with the procedure. I was very impressed with the care given to me by both the doctor and the nurse. I would highly recommend this surgery. | |||||||
