WHY OH WHY CAN PATIENTS STILL NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE NEXT DAY OR NEXT WEEK ETC ? THINGS HAVE MOVED ON NOW SINCE COVID AND ARE NORMAL AGAIN. THE PRACTICE MANAGERS HERE ARE A JOKE. PATIENTS ARE NOT INFORMED WHEN THEY SHOULD RECEIVE COVID VACCINATIONS. MY PARTNER WHO HAS CANCER WAS NOT NOTIFIED AND THIS LED HER TO NOT HAVING THE VACCINE AS OUGHT TO HAVE HAPPENED. SHE HAS ONLY NOW COME OUT OF INTENSIVE CARE DUE TO THIS. SHE SAYS SHE WILL NEVER BE THE SAME AGAIN. AWFUL GP SURGERY. |

You really are given the impression they have not got a clue what they are doing. Disorganised and waste their time sending multiple messages. NEVER CAN GET THROUGH TO RECEPTION. My mum needed a home visit but the awful dr said this was not the case. My mother ended up in a and e waiting in corridor. They are terrible and do not care. |

This practice is not running as it should be. Records are left and patients needs neglected. Reports to those in charge are left unaddressed and therefore progress is not made. Reception staff are appalling. My partner was told to 'register with another practice' if he was so unhappy. He was in a bad way with an ear infection and needed to see a doctor and NOT a telephone appt. When later seeing the GP, they said an appointment should have been given by reception. But it was not. TRAINING REQUIRED FOR ALL NON-CLINICIAN STAFF. |
