My daughter has been unwell for months. She had Covid and was finally given steroids and antibiotics. She is still struggling with her breathing and has as yet been unable to book an appointment to see a doctor. Previously she had to visit a walk-in out of hours somewhere else. I have given her my asthma pump when she really had issues breathing, When she calls the surgery, finally gets through there are no appointments and they will not allow her to book for another day! What should she do. She will end up in A&E. putting pressure on the nurses, doctors and NHS. Can you help will you see her? Where is the care?

Called for an appointment phone kept saying unable to connect at the moment please try later that was at 8am tried that for 45 minutes. When got through 15th in the queue for another 50 minutes, then get told cannot have an appointment a clinician will call you later that was 7 hours later. Told cannot be seen by a doctor even though had flue symtons and weezing just fobbed off with steroids, but cannot see you though. Just unbelievable how people are being treated

Appointments not available. Told to call 111.no help by reception staff. Told to phone next week for an appointment Even though they say they have an asthma clinic you cannot book an appointment?. 6 months on 1 clinic appointment asthma still not controlled inhalers not working. Who Cares ??
