Totally unacceptable my daughter is very poorly and has been trying to get an appt for two days
And has rang on so many occasions during the day only for a rude receptionists to say no appts ring back Tommorow

Absolutely useless appointment system. The phone line is constantly busy when you want to book an appointment and even when I did eventually get an appointment, it was with the wrong person so I couldn't actually be seen! Wouldn't advise anyone to sign up here. I agree that the telephone lines are busy at peak times, but am not sure why your appointment at the practice was with the wrong person. Have been with this surgery for over 2 years. Phones are busy first thing but later in the morning fine. Receptionist always helpful and Doctor is kind, patient and thorough. | |||||||
