I have been going to Church Langley doctors for almost a year. The treatment and support on offer has always been excellent. The team on the front desk are particularly helpful! Phones are an issue but I appreciate it with as many people on the register as they have. If I need something I pop down or put it in writing and drop it in post box after work. Called for an appointmnet this morning, was given one for an hour later. I saw a locum doctor who was very good. Came out with a prescription and felt happy. Can not fault the professional manner of the staff, reception to the doctor.Cant praise enough, its a hard job to do when so many people are negative. | |||||||

It is impossible to get appointments if you work, emergency appointments require you to take a day off with no guarantee of getting one, then you have to call back in the afternoon, then the next day - this is not viable if you work. You cannot get future appointments unless you ring once a week at a certain time due to them 'refreshing their system'. Again not always possible if you work. There are no evening or weekend appointments either, so basically forget it if you have a job. | |||||||
