I have had continued difficulties with trying to get an appointment that is not an emergency- l encounter a mix of reception staff - some are kind and helpful - some are incredibly rude and unhelpful. On one recent visit in person to the practice l tried to book a routine appointment in the next 2 weeks- l was told this could only be done by phone even though the receptionist and booking system were in front of me - so l sat in the corner of the surgery and phoned for the appointment. This is insane and does not fill you as a patient with any form of reassurance ( l have been with this practice for 20 years + and never experienced anything like this before ). Once an appointment has been booked however, all practitioners are great - very professional and caring.
