Prescription turnaround times continue to lengthen (3 days to 4 then to > a week). Dispensary hours have shortened. And collection queue times have lengthened to the point where chairs, water and shaded queue areas are being offered. Tolerable but only moving in the wrong direction? A ‘process / system / management’ problem rather than the employees doing their best? | |||||||

It's impossible to get through on the phone. It's impossible to get an appointment. It's impossible to get prescription refills. While the Drs and nurses themselves are all of a high standard, the administration/management of this surgery is ineffectual, inefficient and woefully inadequate. | |||||||
