Dr Muir was the most unprofessional, condescending, arrogant, rude and judgemental doctor I have ever come across. She actually rolled her eyes at me when I was voicing the reason for my visit ... and it only went downhill from there. In 30 seconds of me being in the room she incompetently (incorrectly) diagnosed me with something without having ever looked at my history. Honestly, I could write paragraphs on my very short visit. I ended up walking out. If this is her normal manner - which, after checking many reviews, it appears to be - I would go so far as to call her inept and dangerous. | |||||||

The worst experience from the receptionist Ramesh who basically told me I do not have a health issue after I called to get an emergency appointment for a recurring issue. Very very rude and should not have a job dealing with people. | |||||||

The receptionists are all over the place. They are rude and unhelpful but we've had a great experience with a doctor. She is extremely consciensuous, kind, caring and thorough. We are now leaving the practice due to a number of bad experiences with the moody receptionist but had it not been for the doctor we woudve left along time ago. | |||||||
