I have been the doctor's patient my entire life (31 years), moving with him when he moved practice in the 90's. My family have been with him even longer. He is an excellent GP.
It is true that the practice is busy, but there is never an issue getting an appointment. It may take two or three calls but you will always get through to the receptionist.
Appointments do tend to be delayed, but this is because the doctor takes his time with all his patients. There is a good reason why his patients never leave him. | |||||||

Staff here have been a great help to me and my family over the years .
I trust their opinion and always take their suggestions on-board when deciding what I feel is right for me. I moved out of my doctor's direct service area but am more than happy to travel to the surgery because it means more to me to have a service I can trust than having it locally. They always have time to talk about my issues in depth and is open to looking at new ways of dealing with them.
They are always willing to go an extra mile for their patients.
I cant speak highly enough of their support that they have given me and my family over the years.

Every time I book an appointment I have to wait for over an hour to be seen by the GP or Nurse. Its extremely disappointing. If you would like to spend your life waiting to be seen, then please join this surgery. | |||||||
