I needed a real GP urgently after having gone to the NHS walk-in clinique downstairs for nothing (received by a nurse, after a 2-hour wait, who didnt know his stuff and went to consult a senior somebody twice during my consultation to tell me he didnt know a treatment and to go see a a GP). The Soho Square General Practice let me register fast (the secretariat is very kind and caring) and I got a GP appointment the next morning. The doctor was brillant. Received me on time. Asked a series of questions, made a number of check with his devices, and came up with diagnostics and medicine prescription. All this while being warm, respectful, perspicace, caring, and to the point. There is nothing else that could have gone better. My husband is at the same practice and has the same great experience. I recommend highly.

I have been a patient for a number of years and irrespective of who was available, I have always been treated in a very professional, respectful and efficient manner. Where documents were not available, staff have always been polite and made sure my file had correct details. Even though there have been staff changes in the past couple of years I have found the level of care and support to continue to be very good. There have been one or two instances where some corrections were required and these were dealt with very efficiently and professionally. In addition, there were one or two instances where one required immediate support and one was given an opportunity to make the appointment within a reasonable waiting time. I am most grateful for the professionalism of staff and level of care I have received to date.
