I have been with this practice since birth 1953(when it was in Shirland Rd.)I have ALWAYS been treated well by many doctors who passed through and also the ones that are in situ now.Similariy the receptionists.Yes,I have been hanging on the switchboard but I know that sometimes there is just one lady trying to ans.phones,the doorbell,people in front of her making enquiries etc.Maybe there is someone on the phone when we might be ringing so patience is needed.The person behind us probably feels the same!We may have to wait for an appointment but that is in every surgery.I think we need to ease up on the griping and be grateful for what we have.Also,isn't it about time that previous reviews ie mostly 4+ yrs.old were removed.from the site?They are doing their best! | |||||||

had just routine blood tests over a period of years.
both times texted me that i had to contact the doctor.i did so days later only to be told that there was absolutely nothing wrong.however, the stress they put you through is more damaging and unhealthy than the benefits of having the check up.
i believe that is due to inefficient training and lack of communication among the surgeries staff.
my advise: dont have any blood tests unless you are seriously ill.even then dont have it done at LITTLE VENICE MEDICAL CENTER. | |||||||
