Asian receptionist awful. Bad English and useless. Avoid this rubbish surgery if you care about your health. If you leave a bad review on there own website they remove it! The surgery has been there 20 years+ and only 3 reviews!!! | |||||||

Avoid this surgery if you care about your health. Reception very rude. They lost test results and when highlighted... they say ‘your being rude’ to avoid any responsibility. Very poor in all areas. Just look up the cqc reports, below average scores. Money hungry lack of any care or attention. Avoid like the plague! | |||||||

From the GPs to the receptionists, this surgery has been nothing short than fantastic. I rarely used this surgery prior to getting diagnosed with a health problem. My needs are such that I require regular tests and complex medication. The surgery has shown great empathy and helped chase results and check I am doing well. I respect the receptionist who get shouted at from patients wanting immediate appointments when they are working within NHS guidelines and resources. Overall, I am very happy with this surgery and am comfortable meeting all the GPs. Please keep up the solid work ! | |||||||
