This surgery should be closed down, absolutely abominable service, there is absolutely no care at all. The only way to get any attention for my immobile mother of 82 is either by NHS hospital, quick response or 111. I see no use for this surgery unless you wish to spend an hour of your time listening to a recording of how important you are.

Avoid this place if you can. Acre has to be one of the worst surgeries I've ever come across. Reception staff are rude - seeming like they don't want to be there. The booking system is a nightmare and if you DO manage to get through, those who do the initial diagnosis are under-trained and incompetent often causing me to have to phone back later to make another attempt to get medical help. On the previous 2 occasions of visiting the doctor they didn't even look up from their computer as I walked into the room. No hello, no nothing until I made some attempt to explain why I was there. Very strange, very unsettling experience. Generally poor staffing and poor service.
