Hate posting Negative reviews - but on this occasion felt no choice but to mention this to potential newbie patients to seriously consider if they TRULY want to register here. My REGULAR Registered male man GP at practice not been around (Er.. ? Possibly Abducted by Aliens? Not!) for Ages - Am Not bein' told when he's scheduled back - having repeatedly asked Receptionists on phone and in person. I Can understand maybe a couple of wks hols (ALL need a break) or even poss. family problems making his Absence bit longer than norm. - but tried now for Months+ to get hold of him! (for both Medical & Personal reason!) - Ended up seeing locum doc recently instead purely outta dire painful necessity. On way out of Surgery, I overheard both Receptionists having a mini-moan/chat amongst themselves about their beloved surgery Quality getting worse due to lack off enuff doctor appointments &/or Nurse appts. for patients in-busy Summer hols Season - & how they were unfairly being shouted@by patients yet still tryin' 2 loyally defend their place of work!! Awww.. Bless them - such dedicated staff!! Spks vols guys 'bout ANY Practice when its OWN Staff openly sit there stating they're dissatisfied about overall service surgery offered too!! Need I say more? My Motto, Sometimes in Life, it's worth goin’ Xtra mile for better overall service/reliability! Remember: You're Health's Worth it !! My Advice to Kingsway ??? - Up your Game / Service Levels (plz!) Or, tbh, it'll soon be called "Kings-NO-Way" Surgery by many of your patients! :-)
