Chest pain a week I do not speak English please sorry Merita Tota okay

staff member worked on Monday 24th June in the evening very helpful.I have been chasing my prescription for the past 2 weeks but staff gurleen keep giving excuses this and that but my prescription was not sort.This reception staff on Monday very nicely spoken and very helpful, who managed to sort my prescription with 10 minutes. Also yesterday another staff member booked me a appointment with florence road clinic but l had to cancel as my problem was severe and I could not wait for the appointment. so rang the surgery and I asked her if could cancel the appointment, she said I cant cancel it , I have to cancel. I have rang the florence road clinic 6 times but no answer. I called in the evening yesterday, maybe it was my lucky day, the staff member answered the phoned and I explained to her the situation she said, leave it with me I will sort it out. She kindly called by after 15-20 minutes and said your appointment has been cancelled. so how did she managed to help me and not the other staff try to speak to manager but they are never available, this staff ,member is very good her job, she knows what she is doing and how help a patient.
