Booked appointment at 8.30am phoned at 5pm they couldn’t find my appointment was told they might ring tomorrow and to phone back after 10am was not very happy and said you can’t give me anymore information like how many people are in front of me. Was told I will find out and ring you back it is now 18.57 they haven’t called me the surgery is now closed! I’m in pain trouble breathing and on and off bleeding from the nose.

Worst doctors I have ever been to from rudeness to messing up prescription to being told they can’t find my appointment I booked 8.30 in the morning and I will have to wait and see if they ring me by 10am the next day and ring back, to no care, to telling me they have referred me and me ringing 2 months later to find out they hadn’t. It’s so poor it’s shocking! I didn’t choose to come to this practice and neither should anyone else I’m younger so can keep searching for support elderly special need would have no chance at being provided any sort of service.

Since new management have taken over the practice have gone down hill. You can never get an appointment within the same week, this never happened previously. One particular member of staff at the front desk is extremely rude, raises her voice at patients and has absolutely no people skills for patients that are obviously there for care. Very disappointed!
