I recently visited my GP regarding an on-going health condition and she was extremely empathetic, professional, caring and compassionate. Whatever the medical issue, my GP always listens to my concerns, provides me with all the facts and relevant information.
I am very happy with my regular GP and Perivale Medical Practice. I would highly recommend this Surgery to my friends.

I have been attending this doctors surgery for many years . Have had the same on going symptoms and the doctors are never willing to help or go the extra mile to try and find out what is wrong . I called last week to be told I have a certain illness which I can only take paracetamol for a week on I am still in the same position and my illness is not being taken seriously. I know that I do not have the illness they have proposed as they have only spoke to me on the phone and I suffered many years ago with this diagnosis and I know they have just read my file and palmed me off with an old illness The receptionist on the other hand is the rudest woman I have ever spoken to . She answers the phone with attitude from the get go and will never offer me an appointment, only a telephone call back. I have not been able to attend the surgery since before covid , I am starting to become concerned that this is a personal or possibly racial matter and will be taking things further . Also can the receptionist be reminded about GDPR as I have the right to keep my illness to myself and speak to the doctor . I do not have to tell a receptionist my personal problems |
