I have been attending this doctors surgery for many years . Have had the same on going symptoms and the doctors are never willing to help or go the extra mile to try and find out what is wrong . I called last week to be told I have a certain illness which I can only take paracetamol for a week on I am still in the same position and my illness is not being taken seriously. I know that I do not have the illness they have proposed as they have only spoke to me on the phone and I suffered many years ago with this diagnosis and I know they have just read my file and palmed me off with an old illness The receptionist on the other hand is the rudest woman I have ever spoken to . She answers the phone with attitude from the get go and will never offer me an appointment, only a telephone call back. I have not been able to attend the surgery since before covid , I am starting to become concerned that this is a personal or possibly racial matter and will be taking things further . Also can the receptionist be reminded about GDPR as I have the right to keep my illness to myself and speak to the doctor . I do not have to tell a receptionist my personal problems
