Terribly Inefficient at looking after my family. Do not go the extra mile. Say prescriptions are at the chemists when they're not To the point that the Chemist has to phone them. Leaving me thinking they are incompetent

I attended my appointment with a nurse this morning for my blocked ear. She confirmed my ear was blocked, but said she couldn't syringe my ear because the nhs had changed its rules. I asked the receptionist if I could speak to the practice manager but was told he/she? was upstairs in a meeting. The receptionist printed out nhs computer guidance for how you can treat earwax build-up yourself. I pointed out that a friend had her ear syringed at her local gp surgery two weeks ago. Perhaps that nurse should be arrested for breaking nhs rules.
