My friend and her son were told appointments were made with a doctor. They were facing real crisis at home, mother has lost her job and fon have not been well since Covid Positive. On14/3 both went to see their doctor but they we’re told there were no appointments had been booked.there were no appointments to provide. Upsetting, misleading,rude, such a poor manners.

The ECG is performed by a health care worker, I believe that she has not had a proper training, she was all sweaty and nervously looking at me. She took her mask as did not know what she supposed to do. She was also making excuses the nurse left wrong drive who was using this machine- I did not know what was drive - as anxious patient I was more concerned about her doing! I put feedback to the receptionist on duty but hadn’t heard anything, I’m not sure either my result but I still unwell. My doctors were not available to speak to so I spoke to dr locum but he said he won’t deal with my phone as he is temporarily and unaware and unable to look at.

My child was due for his flu jab for this year. He was seen by a untrained health care officer and senior nurse made mess that she let the Support worker to do. My son was nearly fainted, in the end hcw had to stopped. My husband and I put complainant to head receptionist. We never heard back from surgery. We ask for doctor in charge they said they don’t work every day, we were dismissed put phone down on me!
