The worst GP surgery I've ever had in over 45 years. Have asked for a face to face since three were cancelled in December 2022 and January 2023. Have explained, numerous times, that I was having health issues but was told to go to hospital A&E. Some of the receptionists are incompetent, rude and lie when challenged on their clear malpractice. Save your mental health and register at another proper surgery.

Karen Barton is rude and obnoxious. She lied to me and put the phone down rather than answering a question. I want to make an official complaint about her behaviour and unprofesionalism. Absolutely disgraceful.

I’ve moved around London and been registered at a number of doctors and this one is my favourite. The receptionist is lovely and the doctors are friendly and informative.
