We have been been registered at this practice for more than 20 years and I never had any issue till nowadays; well I didn’t needed of the service. Well, when my son (3 years old then)had an asthma attack I was told by the female doctor that if I should be working probably my son wouldn’t need the medication for asthma. Since then I avoided her and I told my family members to avoid her too. A few months ago, I was diagnosed with a serious condition and this practice manager wouldn’t believe it as she didn’t see this on my records ( she didn’t ask me for permission to look at them either)I had to bring her a letter from hospital to stated the condition. Moreover,I needed medication and I was told to buy it over the counter and prove the items I needed a prescription to ask hospital to write a letter. This was unbelievable when due to a certain conditions you are granted for free prescriptions for the period of 5 years to start with. Male doctor is very good, passionate with his work and understanding. Maybe the only thing good at that practice. Appointments can take two weeks to book. They might be very busy? When call to book an appointment they tell you to call in two days time as no appointments are available on that day or the day after. And on two days after,you get the same story all over again and again. I thought to stated that as public needs to know a bi5 if info before registering to this practice. Hope the service and treatment get 8mproves soon.
