This is worst surgery. Bunch of idiots sitting at reception do not have any understanding or caring for the patients. The doctors also bunch of idiots and their ultimate goal is to get money from NHS by making patients to make more appointments with them. They never try resolve patients problem. I never see a surgery like this.

Was keep contacting GP for the last two month regarding my 19month son. And every time was send home saying that he was session flu while he never had fever cough or runny nose. Was keep refusing to refer for blood tests. In the morning GP send us home saying that everything is ok with my child and in the afternoon we at A&E waiting for blood transfusions as he's iron and hemagglutinin is so low. Terrible practice that cost my son's health.
