Getting thru telephone line is tough, online appointment thru klinik are already suspended, even online thru website is not 24x7 Seems to be a huge demand supply gap to address patient needs even if it critical (but not life threatening)

I have been a patient at Gp direct since the days of Dr Ahmed when I was living in harrow. When I moved to watford I continued to be there patient. In fact my whole family was with them. Now I’m getting old . My husband is over 70 years and I am over 60 years. With a heavy heart I think I will have to change the practice sine I will not be able to get a home visit if I evere need one. I think the rules need to change. Since I’m not in their borough no home visits
