Firstly, the phone call to book an appointment that I was really concerned about making was lovely, lighthearted and kind, even comical when it came to reassuring my fears. My appointment was booked for the following week and the nurse I sat was beyond kind and understanding of my nerves. She completely calmed me and made the whole event much simpler.
