Bad Gujarati Admin staff and Bad Lead GP as well

Tried to get an appointment today and was told that there are no appointments ON ANY DAY / TIME EVER. Absoutley rude receptionist with NO MANNERS. They should not be working for the NHS! What is the point of this system? What am I supposed to do to see a doctor? I pay my taxes for this!

Atrended practice and the Receptionist was very rude and dismissive in her approach and treated me like child in front of my family members and other members of public in the waiting room showing no respect towards customer services and was loud shouting my personal details while bossing over me made me feel very uncomfortable. Manager intervened and rather than hearing my side of the version was very dismissive and rude that she made me feel as if I was not welcome there and she owned the practice. Things I saw was alarming in relation to infection control and clear visible signs of cross contamination. Overall very unprofessional services by the frontline staff who are meant to be the face of the surgery and show no respect towards service users. Unfriendly receptionist that my child started to cry rather than talk to me calmly and in professional manner. Definitely not going back there.
