My family have been registered with this practice since we moved north of the north circular in 2010. We have found the walk-in clinic particularly convenient. The reception staff have always been friendly and helpful and never intrusive. I am particularly grateful to Dr Robinson back in 2015/2016 for referring one of my sons to the CAMHS team at the Royal Free Hospital. Then a teen he had had severe anxiety and depression but the patience, empathy and humanity shown to us that morning gave us all some light. After many years through the long tunnel of treatments, appointments, enrolments in in-patient units, discharge and post-discharge care, he is now a fairly well-adjusted young man capable of managing his own mental health, holding down a job and living independently. Dr Robinson has now retired and I am usually seen mostly by Dr Keane who has a wealth of experience as a GP. He has always treated me courteously, respectfully and patiently answering all my questions and providing me his professional opinion. I have always felt that ultimately the decisions I made have been well-informed. I would recommend this practice. |

I have been with this surgery for many many years. I would never move out of the area as there are not many surgeries that provide such good service. This goes for all my family from the ages of 74 to 10. Today, Dr Keane removed a cyst from my eyelid, which has been irritating me and would not have been taken care of from the Royal Free for at least six months. After listening to people I work with and friends, I know that we are all very fortunate to have such a wonderful surgery. |

I phoned to make an appointment and the receptionist was very unfriendly and cold. She tried to fob me off when I wanted a face to face appointment. Despite having a diagnosed auto immune disease requiring regular blood tests and always having blood tests with the nurse in the past, I was informed that I couldn’t book a blood test with the nurse at the surgery(who does blood tests onsite) and I would have to go to the hospital. Used to be a great surgery until the 2 lovely experienced doctors retired. Sad to see what used to be a fine surgery going downhill. I thought medicine was a ‘caring’ profession. |
